The U. S. Embassy in Bogota is seeking quotations for 4x4 pick-up and SUV armored vehicles. Quotations must be submitted via email by July 27, 2026, 16:00 Bogota time. Delivery is required within 120 days after receipt of order to Medellin, Cali, and Barranquilla. The award will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Vendors must be registered in SAM. gov. Prohibitions exist against Chinese manufacturers. Value Added Tax (VAT) will not be reimbursed by the USG; an exemption letter will be provided. Invoices must be submitted through the vendor portal: www. ***. *. * is due 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. A warranty of at least one year is required, with in-country support in Colombia.
Required delivery date is one hundred twenty (120) days after receipt of order (ARO).
The government shall pay the contractor as full compensation for all work required, performed, and accepted under this order 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Payment instructions for submitting invoices will be provided along with the purchase order.
The vendor must provide a quality warranty for at least one (1) year for the items. Warranty, maintenance, and support must be provided in country Colombia.
The U. S. government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced.
Unless an exception in FAR **** applies, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www. ***. *. * in order to be eligible for award.
