The consultant will provide professional and technical personnel, labor, facilities, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies needed to complete the scope of work and will comply and conform to applicable rules, regulations, standards, and directives.

A one-day meeting and site visit with ILARNG representatives at the MTC in LaSalle County, Illinois is mandatory. The consultant will accompany ILARNG personnel on a field review of the MTC and will be able to talk to ILARNG personnel and visit the MTC at any time during the performance period.
