The Taney County Missouri Purchasing Department is seeking proposals for asset fleet management software. The proposal release date is May 2, 2025, at 5 PM. The deadline for submitting questions is May 12, 2025, at 5 PM. The closing date and time for submitting proposals is May 14, 2025, at 9:30 AM. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with the RFP number and dates of closing/opening clearly marked. The county will not accept late proposals. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The awarded bidder must furnish the goods or services described in the specifications. All pricing must remain in effect for at least one year from the effective date of the awarded contract. The county is exempt from federal excise tax and sales and use taxes. The county reserves the right to award this bid on an item-by-item basis, or an all-or-none basis. Bidders must use the proposal forms provided, and return the completed proposal and proposal sheets, providing the unit price, quantity, and extended totals, and sign the proposal. A current signed W9 form is required. All pages of the bid document must be initialed by hand. Unreadable responses will be disqualified. The county will not accept fax or electronically transmitted proposals. The county reserves the right to conduct personal interviews or require presentations, inspections, of or from any submitters prior to selection. The county will not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with such interviews, presentations, or inspections. The county may utilize state or federal grant funds in the procurement of goods and services. Any questions regarding the applicability of state or federal requirements should be directed to the purchasing department. The county reserves the right to request additional written or oral information in order to obtain clarification of responses. Minor irregularities or informalities in any response which are immaterial or inconsequential in nature, neither affected by law nor at substantial variance with bid conditions, may be waived at the county's discretion whenever it is determined to be in the best interest of Taney County, Missouri. The county's sole purpose in the evaluation process is to determine from among the responses received which one is best suited to meet the county's needs at the lowest possible cost. The county reserves the sole right to determine whether goods and/or services offered are acceptable for county use. All responses to this request will be considered public information as soon as they are opened and become a part of public record subject to disclosure to any person or firm that requests it. Requests for copies of responses must be made through the Taney County Clerk's office.

The solicitation is for fuel tanks, including delivery and installation at multiple locations in Taney County, Missouri. The closing date is April 30, 2025, at 9:30 AM. Bidders must submit sealed responses by this date. Bidders must comply with all specifications, including insurance requirements. The county will provide a crane for removal of old tanks and setting new tanks, provide and install all electrical components, disposal of existing equipment and tanks, provide and placement of clean gravel for tank rings, removal of existing tank rings and gravel, tanks will be free of fuel prior to arrival of vendor, provide all permits/permissions and provide equipment to set new pumps in the manner requested. All work completed on county property must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Questions must be submitted by April 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Responses must be submitted in strict conformity to the requirements stated in the solicitation documents. The county reserves the right to reject any or all responses.

The tender is for a one-year contract with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years for security alarm monitoring services. The contract includes monitoring of fire, security, and elevator alarms. The monitoring company must meet specific requirements regarding certifications, telecommunications, redundancy, staffing, response times, software, data protection, field support, licenses, insurance, caller ID, and reporting. The contract also includes requirements for account setup, cost structure, and reporting. The Columbus City Schools has established an outreach program to increase participation of local economically disadvantaged enterprises (LEDE). Vendors are encouraged to support the district's LEDE participation goals.
