If the FSMC fails to make reasonable progress to cure a violation or breach within five operating days of written notification, penalties may include loss of administrative fee for one day per site involved for the first notification, five days for the second, and ten days for the third.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 9:00 AM, April 17, 2026, at Easton Elementary School, followed by a tour of all agency cafeteria locations if desired. Attendance is encouraged.
