The contractor warrants that the contract has been completed in full conformity with the intent of the contract documents and agrees to return to the site of the work within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of written notice from the owner or the architect to furnish at contractors expense all necessary labor and material to make proper repairs or corrections made necessary by defective materials or inferior workmanship.
