In the interest of safety, all persons employed handling liquified petroleum gas LPG shall be trained in the proper handling and operating procedures which the employer shall document.
The contracting officer shall follow the requirements of FAR ****, Contract Terms and Conditions for Commercial Items October 2018, for contractor's failure to correct nonconforming services.
The PWS states that after major maintenance or a major problem is discovered, the owner is obligated to contact the Air Force Civil Engineer Center AFCEC, the commissioning authority to determine what actions will be taken. AFCEC will determine if the AFTF will remain out-of-service and determine if a site visit is necessary.
