The base period of performance is anticipated to be 12 months of services to begin 30 September 2025. Three 3 one year option periods are anticipated to be included in the contract to extend services to 29 September 2030.

The contract term is for three (3) months and sixteen (16) days from the anticipated commencement date of July 15, 2026, through and including October 30, 2026.

In the event that the selected candidate leaves employment with the OHA before a period of one (1) year from the start of his/her employment date, an additional recruitment and selection process will be conducted at no cost to the OHA.

Considering the criteria, including but not limited to quality, warranty, and delivery the award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible offeror. Failure of the contractor to provide and keep in force such insurance shall be regarded as a material default under this contract, entitling the OHA to exercise any or all the remedies provided in this contract for default of the contractor.

Bidders must provide the appropriate discount percentage that would apply, if applicable, to prompt payments and the number of days 360 management must make those prompt payments to be able to take advantage of the discount.

The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of 360 Management, considering cost or price and other factors.

The contractor must demonstrate that they possess the experience, personnel and or equipment required to provide services of similar size and complexity.

The EPA may seek penalties of up to $37,500 per violation, per day for any contractor performing renovation, repair projects without the lead RRP certification.
