The Columbia Healthcare System Biomedical Engineering Department seeks repair parts and service for the Hanel Rotomat storage carousel system. Work must be performed within three business days of equipment delivery. A contracting officer representative (COR) will be assigned. The tender seeks a contractor to provide coagulation reagents, instruments, equipment, maintenance, training, tools, materials, and support for a Roche **** Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) system at Madigan Army Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, services, repairs, and parts to maintain the systems in optimal operating condition. The contractor must provide 24/7 direct customer service and support, including a hotline and remote diagnostic capability. The contractor is not allowed to remove any equipment from the government work site without prior approval. The government may upgrade instrumentation and add reagents throughout the contract's life. Method validation will be conducted in accordance with established protocols. The contractor must provide a qualified technical service representative with experience in method validation and statistical evaluation software. All reagents, calibrators, and linearity materials used in the method validation study will be provided by the contractor at no additional cost to the government. The contractor will be responsible for the collection and transportation of equipment upon expiration or termination of the contract. The analyzers must have specific throughput capabilities and be compatible with the Roche TLA. The analyzers must be FDA approved and new. The electrical requirement is 220V/50Hz. Reagents must have a minimum shelf life of three months. The contractor will be responsible for maintenance, services, repairs, and parts to maintain the systems in optimal operating condition. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, parts, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform all required repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and calibrations of equipment. The contractor must provide initial onsite operator training to all technicians assigned to the government site. The analyzer system must be capable of interfacing with the military hospital computer system (MHS Genesis). The interface must be bidirectional. The data management system must include a comprehensive quality control module. The contractor must comply with DOD guidance regarding allowable ports, protocols, and risk mitigation strategies. The contractor must provide an up-to-date operating system with all software patches and updates. The contractor must pass prevalidation technical screening, vulnerability scans, and security scans within 6 months of contract award. Estimated annual workload for tests is provided in Appendix 1.
