A pre-bid walkthrough will be conducted on April 9, 2026, at 2:30 PM at the Fanning Building. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
Samples of the product to be delivered may be taken by a representative of the city, either prior to delivery or while it is being delivered. The bidder agrees to furnish the necessary manual labor, without additional cost, required to assemble the physical samples.
Any prospective bidder requesting a change in or interpretation of existing specifications or terms and conditions must do so within five 5 days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) before the scheduled bid opening date.
