The bid notice states that all work under the contract must be substantially complete in one hundred eighty (180) calendar days.

Failure to comply with requirements regarding base identification and vehicle passes may result in withholding of final payment.

A site visit will be conducted on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend this site visit for familiarity of the requirement.

The contractor shall coordinate a delivery time with the government point of contact at least two weeks prior to anticipated delivery. Products shall be delivered within the hours of Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm Chamorro Standard Time.

The contractor shall provide a copy of a current Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) mitigation certification that has been issued under the Ultralightweight Camouflage Net System (ULCAS) Increment 1 program.

The delivery will be from 09 FEB 2026 to 08 FEB 2027.

Payment for the above firm fixed price services will be made in accordance with base and option period clins for these services upon the completion of each inspection and maintenance visit performed and upon the acceptance of the written inspection reports and receipt of an accompanying invoice.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, with price and other factors considered.
