The solicitation is for janitorial services for the Supervisors Office of the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forests. The period of performance is from November 1, 2025, to April 30, 2028, with options for extension. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements. A post-award conference is required within 5 days of contract award. The contractor must assign key personnel, and substitutions are limited. The government will provide certain materials and utilities. The contractor must submit a site-specific quality control plan and a safety plan. The government will conduct quality assurance. A site visit is scheduled for October 9th at 9:00 a. m. at the Supervisors Office. Quotes must be submitted by email to ***@***. *. * by the due date and time. The experience questionnaire, biopreferred information, and representations and certifications must be submitted with the quote.
The period of performance of this contract is from date of award through two additional years if far **** option to extend the term of the contract is exercised for each option year period. Partial base year November 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026 option year 1 May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 option year 2 May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028.
The contractor shall invoice through the invoice processing platform ipp system for services rendered. Contractors shall submit all invoices electronically via ipp. Invoices shall be submitted each month in arrears after acceptance by the cor andor co. Payment will be made from the contractors invoice and invoices shall be in accordance with far **** invoice. Payment for less than a onemonth period shall be prorated based on the actual number of working days in the month.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
The contractor and contractors employees shall be capable and experienced in janitorial work to perform the services under this contract.
