The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for annual preventative maintenance for patrol bicycles. Bids must be submitted through phlcontracts by October 29, 2025, at 10:30 AM Philadelphia local time. Sellers must enroll in the city's annual bid security program and pay a nonrefundable bid processing fee. The contract term is for twelve months with options for renewal. The city requires all quotes to adhere to bid submission requirements, and failure to do so may result in disqualification. The city also requires the successful seller to provide a monthly report and a malfunction incident report. The work will be performed at the city's sites, unless otherwise specified by the program director. The awarded contractor is required to respond to requests for unscheduled repair service on an immediate basis. The city may add or delete products/services that the successful seller can supply that are similar to, but not specifically called for in this bid.
The delivery of product and/or service will be made within 30 days from the date requested by the using agency, as stated in the bid notice.
Invoices must be submitted within 30 days through the city’s vendor payment system, as stated in the bid notice.
All work performed shall be under warranty for a minimum of ninety 90 days against defects in materials and workmanship, according to the bid notice.
This invitation and bid shall be awarded as a whole to the lowest responsive and responsible seller, as stated in the bid notice.
All sellers must be a bona fide manufacturer of, or dealer in, the article or service specified within the bid, as stated in the bid notice.
Liquidated damages of **** per day will be imposed for each event or omission, as stated in the bid notice.
A site inspection is not applicable to this bid, as stated in the bid notice.
Questions must be received no later than seven 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled opening date of the bid, as stated in the bid notice.
