Wall Street Parking Lot Sidewalk and Curb The City of Oneonta is requesting formal bids through the Invitation for Bid process for sidewalk, and curb replacement located at the Wall Street Parking lot in the City of Oneonta. Sidewalks, and curbing shall meet the minimum specifications provided with this bid package. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to visit the site.
