The supplier must provide a 24/7 point of contact, on-site representatives if needed, and update instructional materials for staff on current and future technology. All components must be JC and FDA approved, sterile, and have negative donor test results. The supplier must maintain an inventory of components based on past and predicted usage. Upgrades, technological improvements, and substitutions must be made available as they become commercially available. A modification to the contract will be issued to add such items.
