Bidders must register and submit complete bids through the Hawaii eProcurement system (HIePRO) by July 16, 2025, at 2:00 PM HST. Bidders must provide tax clearance, certificate of compliance, and certificate of good standing. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to property. The contractor shall comply with all federal, state, city, and county laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The contractor shall obtain and submit insurance certificates. Payments will be made monthly, less 5% retainage, upon submission of an invoice. Final payment will be made after final acceptance by the director and submission of required documents.
