A comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor for a minimum of 3 years is also mentioned.
The government will make the award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
Submission documents must include operators and service manuals for proposed products, a manual for the cleaning and disinfection process, and a narrative addressing their ability to meet each requirement outlined in the statement of work, including evidence of meeting the requirements. Documentation on any warranties provided for offered products and manufacturers required maintenance and the ability for the VA to do routine and corrective maintenance is also required.
