The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide eLearning training for Community Health Representatives (CHRs). The contract includes a base period of 365 days and three 12-month option periods. The contractor will develop and maintain an online learning management system (LMS) with training modules for CHR basic training, CHR I Foundations, CHR II Navigation and Coaching, and CHR III Supervisor Training.
