The contractor certifies that it and its principals are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal or state department or agency. The contractor certifies that it is not on the list created pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 1212106. The contractor certifies that it is not currently engaged in and will not for the duration of the contract engage in, a boycott of Israel.
