This is a sole source service order for maintenance and repair of concrete curbs at a US government-owned residence in the US embassy in Lima. The US embassy intends to award the contract to Acota Corp. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used, and the procurement is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to Seth Langer and Alfredo Broggi by April 25, 2025, at 11:00 hrs local time. The proposal must be in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat PDF format, with a maximum file size of 30 MB. If the file size exceeds 30 MB, it must be submitted in separate files. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission. The quotation must include a price breakdown of each deliverable, including a price per person for catering. The quote must be valid for 30 days from the closing date. Installation and removal of furniture/equipment must be in accordance with the scope of work. Payment terms are net 30 days after acceptance of the service and receipt of an accurate invoice. The event is scheduled for May 29, 2025, with installation starting on May 26, 2025. A full rehearsal will be held within 24 hours of the event. The contractor must provide a point of contact with English proficiency. The contractor is responsible for all transportation of materials to and from the residence. The contractor must comply with all security requirements of the embassy and the CMR, including providing advance lists of all workers and vehicles needing access to the event site. The contractor must provide complete names of employees/sub-contractors, their DNI numbers, date of birth, and sex no more after 3 calendar days after the award. The contractor will provide the make, model, color, year, and license plate of each vehicle requesting access to the CMR premises and access roads at least 48 hours before entering the premises. The contractor will provide a list of all equipment, tools, and building materials that it intends to bring into the CMR premises with the proposal. Any change in contracting personnel or vehicles needing to access the CMR compound must be communicated to the embassy a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the required access. A supervisor must be present from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, every day and during all other times that their employees are at the residence.

The US Embassy in Lima, Peru, is seeking quotations for international freight forwarding services. The contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type, with a minimum guaranteed order of US$10,**** per year and a maximum of US$59,**** are due by April 23, 2025, at 08:00 am Lima time. Offerors must register in the SAM system (www. ***. *. *) and submit their proposals electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (maximum file size 8MB). The solicitation includes detailed specifications for services, including handling of documents, cargo handling, warehousing, packing, air and ocean freight, and other related services. Additional information, pricing, and representations/certifications are required. The contract is for one base plus three option years. The notice to proceed will be issued within 10 days of contract award, unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices must be submitted electronically to the designated payment office. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations, including those of the host country. The contractor will be responsible for any damage to shipments due to their fault or negligence.
