Consultant warrants that services will be performed in a thorough, competent, and professional manner, meeting generally accepted standards and practices.
Proposals will be reviewed and ranked based on scope of work, assignment-related work experience, and related assignment team experience. Evaluation criteria include consultant's experience, understanding of requirements, ability to provide timely services, and approach to providing the best product.
The consultant must be a California licensed real estate broker in good standing with a minimum of five years of experience, having represented buyers and/or sellers in at least ten transactions, including those with public agencies.
Protests regarding the award recommendation or proposed award must be submitted in writing no later than five business days following the issuance of the city's notice of intent to award or recommendation for award.
The city will not contract with persons employed by the city, former city employees who participated in the RFP, or for-profit entities where city employees or former officials serve as officers, principals, partners, or major shareholders if they participated in the RFP.
