Firms must have been in business for at least 10 consecutive years, be licensed in Michigan, be familiar with the public sector with at least five government clients in the last five years, and have completed new construction projects of at least $20,000,000 for at least five government clients within the last 15 years. An EMR of 1. 0 or less for the last five years is also required.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Robert A. Verkuilen Building, which will include a review of the job location. No other site visit will be scheduled.

Questions regarding the RFP specifications are due by August 11, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time.
