The selection of a proposal shall be based on the response to the requirements identified in this RFP and potential negotiations related to the scope of work and available budget. The Trenton DDA shall base its selection on criteria that may include, but are not limited to: ability and capacity to meet requirements stated in RFP, prior experience and qualifications for similar events, demonstration of quality and efficiency based on prior experience, demonstration of the qualification and capacity of additional staff, and pricing of professional services.
Proposals must include a cover letter providing an overview of the consultant, agency, or firm's background, experience, and qualifications.
The Trenton DDA reserves the right to reject any proposal that is not submitted on the due date and/or supported by adequate material and services.

Construction of a New 20, 500 SF Police Station This project consists of the construction of a Type II- B, single story structure with Jail and Office. The building will house the Police Headquarters, as well as city holding facilities.
