The bid notice states that sealed proposals will be received until 2 p. m. , Thursday, June 4, 2026. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:30 a. m. in the MCSD Construction Office. If you do not attend, your proposal will not be accepted.

The bid submission deadline is May 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Proposals must be received by this time, either mailed, hand-delivered, or emailed.

Invoices are to be submitted monthly and are due and owing thirty (30) days from the receipt of the invoice. Payment of invoices is due and owing thirty 30 days from the receipt of the invoice.

The contractor warrants to CIHA that all work will be of good and workmanship quality, free from faults and defects. The contractor shall correct promptly any work of its own or its subcontractors found to be defective or not in compliance with the terms of this contract.

The proposal that accrues the highest point total shall be recommended for award, subject to the best interests of CIHA. The evaluation process is based on a 100-point scale, with categories including preference, cover page, narrative, statement of qualifications, and cost.

Proposals must include a statement of qualifications describing the firm's experience, years in business, and qualifications of the primary team (designer, structural engineers, civil engineers). Three references from past projects are also required.
