Friendship Public Charter School is seeking proposals for website design services. The project involves a comprehensive redesign of their website to improve user experience for various audiences. Key services include strategy, information architecture, design system, content alignment, school directory creation, SEO, accessibility, performance optimization, and content migration. The partner will provide design, development, testing, training, and post-launch support. Proposals are due by 4 PM on Friday, July 31st, 2026. Evaluation will be based on a best value process, considering factors beyond just price, including experience, quality of services, and long-term cost. The contract will be for a three-year period with renewal options.
Proposals must be submitted by 4pm, Friday, July 31st, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Invoices shall be provided to FPCS in a timely manner, within 30 days of providing goods and/or services. FPCS will not be responsible for any interest charges and/or late fees due to delayed payment caused by inadequate, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided in invoices.
Proposers shall furnish all data pertinent to warranties or guarantees which may apply to items in the proposal. Proposers may not limit or exclude any implied warranties.
FPCS will apply the best value process in selecting the proposer. Purchase price is not the only criteria; evaluation will include overall experience, reputation, expertise, stability, financial responsibility, quality and range of services, ability to provide service efficiently, and total long-term cost.
Proposals shall include a brief discussion of the consultant's company history and services offered, a clear statement of proposed fees and costs, resumes of key staff, and names/contact information of at least three client references. Proof of CBE status will receive preferential consideration.
FPCS reserves the right to terminate the contract with 30 days prior written notice for cause if the proposer breaches any terms, becomes insolvent, or commits acts of bankruptcy. Cause includes failure to deliver goods/services on time, failure to perform to satisfaction, or failure to meet other obligations.
Failure to sign the proposal in ink will disqualify the proposal. Proposals may be rejected if collusion is believed to exist, or if prices are obviously unbalanced. Failure to include all necessary supplemental materials may cause rejection of the entire proposal.
