International Convention Center ( KICC) Linen Specifications: All dirties will be counted jointly by the laundry company personnel and KSFB Staff before leaving each facility. Vendor to provide a weekly running total of cloths at both facilities. KEC Deliveries are set for every Wednesday of the week before 11am KICC Deliveries are set for every Thursday of the week before 11am Vendor to provide extra wet mops, dust mops and rugs at the same rental price during our major events: Ky. State Fair in August, National Farm Machinery Show in February and North American International Livestock Expo in November. Extra scheduled pick- ups of dirties will be needed for these major events: Ky. State Fair in August, National Farm Machinery Show in February and North American International Livestock Expo in November. Each Line item quantity is an estimated yearly usage total and not to taken as guarantee. Replacement of all lost inventory will be borne by the agency at a pro- rated price based on reasonable market prices. Vendor will be required to show documentation that will verify market prices ( a copy of the invoice that they paid) less the pro- rated price. Claims for lost inventory shall be documented by vendor and invoiced separately from weekly linen services.
