The Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas is seeking information from qualified solution providers regarding an AI-supported system for case categorization. The solution must operate within Microsoft Azure Government cloud, be web-based, and support single sign-on. Responses are due October 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM CT. A virtual information session is scheduled for September 29, 2025, at 10:00-11:00 AM CST. The Court intends to select a solution in the fall, enter into contract by the end of the calendar year, and have the solution deployed for training no later than May 31, 2026.
