Lot 1: Liquid Lime product must consist of a liquid suspension of finely ground limestone containing a minimum of 95 percent calcium carbonate capable of passing through a 325 mesh screen. ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB. On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 01 for price and zero ( 0) for delivery in the e- procurement system. See attached document How to Respond to an Online Bid through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site ( updated). pdf. ALL actual BID PRICES and DELIVERY TIME must be entered on attached Bid Sheet and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Please enter contact person, phone number, and email address on the bid sheet. Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. One gallon of the product must have a neutralizing capacity equal to a minimum of 1, 340 pounds of agricultural lime. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per gallon however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH Container. Product will be provided in _____ Gallon containers.

Lot 2: Product must be a green water- soluble dye for use in hydro seeders. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per pound however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH package. Product will be provided in ____ Pound packages.

Lot 3: Blanket pin must be made of biodegradable resin being environmentally safe. The pins must be a minimum of six ( 6) inches in length with a tee designed top, pointed base with notches approximately two ( 2) inches up from the base. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per each pin however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH box. ____ Pins will be provided in each box.

Lot 4: The fastener pins shall be of 3/16 inch diameter or heavier steel, pointed on one end with a head on the opposite end to retain a washer with a minimum diameter of 1 1/2 inches. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per each pin however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH box. _________ Pins will be provided in each box.

Lot 5: 6" by 1" 11- gauge wire staples that comply with page 212- 4 of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet 2026 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.

Lot 6: Silt fence constructed of black polypropylene with mullen burst of 400 pounds, minimum. Sizing is 36 inches wide by 100 feet long, with oak hardwood stakes 48 inches long on 8 foot centers. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Square Foot however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH roll. Product will be provided in ____ Square Feet per Roll.

Lot 7: Tackifier Product shall consist of a soluble mixture of highly adhesive polymers and minerals to provide adhesion of mulch, seed, and straw. Product shall be environmentally safe and biodegradable. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Pound however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH Bag. Product will be provided in ______ Pounds per Bag.

Lot 8: Paper Mulch- Product must consist of a biodegradable paper mulch material suitable for use in a hydro seeder which contains a minimum of 80% recycled paper fiber with a maximum moisture content of 15%, a pH of 6. 5 (+ /- 1%), and be nontoxic. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per pound however, upon award, the line item will be awarded per EACH Bag. Product will be provided in ____ Pounds per Bag.

Lot 9: Paper and wood mulch product consisting of a blend of 70% recycled paper and 30% virgin wood fiber with a maximum moisture content of 15%, a pH of 6. 5 (+ /- 1 %), and be nontoxic. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Pound however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH Bag. Product will be provided in ____ Pounds per Bag.

Lot 10: Hardwood stakes sharpened to a point on one end. Minimum one and one- fourth ( 1. 25) inch x two ( 2) inches x forty- eight ( 48) inches long, For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices for EACH Stake however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH bundle. _____ Stakes will be provided in EACH bundle.

Lot 12: This specified fabric must meet the minimum specifications as defined in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet 2026 Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction in Section 843. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Square Yard however upon award the line item will be awarded per Roll. Product will be provided in __________ Square Yards per Roll.

Lot 13: This specified fabric must meet the minimum specifications as defined in the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet 2026 Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction in Section 843. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Square Yard however upon award the line item will be awarded per Roll. Product will be provided in __________ Square Yards per Roll.

Lot 14: Double net erosion control blanket shall be double net, of a photodegradable polypropylene material ( green or white- UV degrader additive top side). For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Square Yard however upon award the line item will be awarded per EACH roll. Product will be provided in ____ Square Yards per Roll.

Lot 15: GX- 800 Geogrid or Mirafi 10 XT roll. See attachment for product specifications. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per Square Yard however upon award the line item will be awarded per Roll. Mirafi 10XT is acceptable. Lot 16: Material shall be provided in a recommended roll size of 13. 1' X 246'. See attached specification sheet. Bid unit price is per roll.

Lot 17: A flexible growth medium for hydraulically applied flexible erosion control blanket. For bidding purposes, vendors must provide prices per pound however upon award the line item will be awarded per Bag. Product will be provided in __________ Pounds per Bag.

Lot 18: Erosion Control Sock pre- filled with compost and be 8 foot x 9 inches. Bid unit price is per each.

Lot 19: Reinforcement matting of UV ( rot proof polymer) with a minimum standard weight of 0. 5 pound per square yard, have a mesh size of 27mm x 27mm, be green in color, and be resistant to both chemical and fungi. Bid unit price is per SQYD.

Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The work will consist of exploration drilling to verify the # 11 seam coal mine and location of rooms and pillars. During the exploration drilling phase, AML employees will utilize a downhole camera to verify current conditions in the mine and to determine the extents of the rock and shale fracturing from the mine subsidence. Once the exploration phase is complete, AML staff will make any necessary adjustments to the proposed hole locations for grouting the coal seam. Six- inch plus diameter holes will be drilled to the # 11 coal seam in the specified order. The hole will be cased through the soil horizon into solid competent rock with 6- inch diameter PVC pipe. A box utility trailer with sufficient volume capacity, Non- Woven, Polyethylene Geotextile Sediment Filter Bags or an equivalent system shall be used to capture all cuttings from all drill holes to minimize sediment deposits in the yards. Approximately 400 gallons of water will be required to flush each hole. Methane monitoring is the responsibility of the contractor, and if methane is encountered, the contractor must immediately implement a plan to secure the area. This may require the contractor to cap the hole or insert 3- inch diameter PVC casing to a minimum of 10 ft above the ground or as designated by the engineer.
