Proposals are due by 2:00 PM MT on Monday, July 27, 2026. Implementation, onboarding, and initial program launch readiness must be completed within 120 days of contract execution.

Suppliers must warrant that the products or services they provide will comply with the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of ****, as amended.

The contract may be awarded to the supplier who most completely meets the university's needs and provides the best value to the university. Proposals will be evaluated based on completeness, clarity, marketing, instructional design, student success, faculty support, regulatory compliance, experiential placement, service delivery, supplier experience, cost, and value-added services.

Suppliers must demonstrate experience in providing OPM services, specifically with health sciences programs like PharmD, and success in online pathway launches and enrollment growth. They must also demonstrate experience supporting national clinical or experiential placements.

If the supplier fails to perform its obligations in a timely and proper manner, the university may terminate the contract and hold the supplier liable for any excess costs incurred by contracting with other sources.

Proposals may be rejected for collusive or sham proposals, failure to meet mandatory requirements, or if the proposal is not submitted electronically through the Bidnet platform by the deadline.

Proposals are due by 5:00 PM EST on July 30th, 2026.

Selection of suppliers will be based on financial considerations, pricing, revenue generation, airline/charter company qualifications, network coverage, service, technology, duty of care, compliance, risk, sustainability, and value-added services.

Any communication by participants with Indiana University staff other than John Bodle may result in immediate rejection of that participant.

Proposals are due by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 30th, 2026.

Selection will be based on financial considerations (pricing, revenue generation), hotel qualifications and network coverage, service, technology, duty of care compliance, risk, sustainability, and value-added services.

Any communication by participants with Indiana University staff other than John Bodle may result in immediate rejection of that participant, except for cases authorized in writing.
