Floor Resilient must be completed on the weekends when the Maintenance Superintendent is available. Contractor shall be required to strip, seal and wax all floors ( excluding storage rooms) and baseboards. Contractor shall be required to use the six ( 6) step method ( sweep, mop, strip, scrub, seal and wax) and shall use two ( 2) coats of sealer and four ( 4) coats of wax each time. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform custodial services for the Transportation Cabinets District 7 Office located in Lexington ( Fayette Co) KY.
Lot 3: This line shall only be used when district personnel request an additional/extra top scrub wax. Top scrub and wax require 3 coats of wax. This work shall be performed on the weekend when the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is available. Contractor shall be required to perform a top scrub and apply 3 coats of wax. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform custodial services for the Transportation Cabinets District 7 Office located in Lexington ( Fayette Co) KY.
