It is the intent of the city to enter into a contract in which the proposer will be paid pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Evaluation criteria include cost effectiveness/pricing (20%), EDI plan (15%), understanding the project (15%), proposed work plan and approach (20%), key personnel and ability to respond (20%), and company experience and qualifications (10%).
Proposers must be qualified vendors to provide hotel asset management services. They must also demonstrate commitment to the city's values regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion.
A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on June 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM Mountain Time. This is described as optional.

Failure to strictly comply with RFP requirements, submission of inaccurate or false information, improper communications or collusion, default or termination for cause of public or private contracts within the past five years, delinquent payment of monies owed to the city, and failure to submit proof of licensing or franchise authority can result in disqualification.
