Texas Woman's University (TWU) is seeking proposals for turnkey event production and management services. The contract term is anticipated to be three years, with an option for one additional year. Proposals are due by June 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The services include creative direction, event concept development, staging, technical production, audiovisual, lighting, sound, scripting, motion graphics, show management, and overall event execution. The award will be based on the best value to TWU, considering various criteria including cost, experience, and qualifications. Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) subcontracting plan is required. Late submittals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted online via TWU's electronic bidding portal.

The award will be based on the proposal judged to be in the best interest of TWU, considering purchase price, reputation, quality, meeting TWU's needs, past relationship, HUB impact, total long-term cost, and other relevant factors. any contract resulting from this request shall be awarded to the proposer providing the best value to twu.

Failure to comply with HUB regulations may result in immediate cancellation of any contract.
