This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for multiple air force terrestrial-based air defense sensors. The sensors are used to detect and track threats in the national capital region airspace for air sovereignty and aerospace defense missions. The CLS includes field site support, integrated logistics support, system lifecycle sustainment, and technical data packages. The systems use a two-level maintenance concept (organizational and depot level). Performance of this effort is at the secret level only, and prime vendors will be required to have cleared personnel and accredited space and systems. The contract period of performance is expected to be five years, starting in January 2028. Vendors must demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining high visibility, high availability hardware sustainment projects and real-time sensor systems. Key requirements include field service support (up to 24/7 monitoring, onsite maintenance, emergency depot-level repairs), depot-level maintenance (modifications, hardware/software updates, repair of LRUs, repair determination, sanitization planning), fabrication and machining capability for damaged antennas, hardware and software maintenance, cybersecurity compliance, experience with classified information, and support for government-conducted testing. Vendors must also demonstrate capability in programmatic functions such as TDP updates, digital tools, supply chain management, system engineering, obsolescence management, risk management, cybersecurity updates, quality control, configuration/data management, system integration labs, security management, OCI identification, network management, and COMSEC management. Responses are limited to 10 pages (or 5 pages excluding title page and administrative data) in PDF format. The final date of submission is June 26, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Interested offerors should respond to the contracting officer, Mr. Jason Bergeron, or the contract specialist, Mr. David Aker.
