Payment will be made monthly in the next payment cycle following receipt and approval of the contractor's invoice. The OCRC reserves the right to increase or decrease services or requirements, or make any changes necessary at any time during the term of this contract. Either party's failure to insist on strict performance of any term or condition of the contract shall not be deemed a waiver of that term or condition.
