Missile Defense Agency (MDA) is seeking proposals for a prototype Shipborne Phased Array Instrumentation Radar (SPAIR) for flight testing support. The radar will be integrated into a ship-based platform. The procurement is structured in two phases: Phase I focuses on design and integration, with an estimated value not exceeding $60M. Phase II involves development, fabrication, integration, testing, and potential operations and maintenance. Offerors must have an active secret or higher facility clearance.
