Sealed bids are solicited for furnishing items and services. Bidders must be authorized to bind the vendor. Bid submissions must be received by 06/19/2025 09:45 AM CST. Vendor warrants that products furnished will conform to specifications. Sowela reserves the right to test products for conformance. Delivery must be made no later than 10/20/2025. Failure to meet mandatory requirements will result in bid rejection.
