The City of Visalia is seeking proposals for an annual contract for real estate appraisal services on an as-needed basis. Services include preparing appraisal reports for property acquisitions, city-owned properties, and limited valuations. A proposal conference will be held on June 23, 2026. Proposers must demonstrate qualifications and ability to perform appraisal services, experience with similar jurisdictions, and provide service at a competitive rate.
