The bidder guarantees all equipment, materials, and workmanship for a period of one year after final inspection and acceptance. The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Proposers must provide a company profile including history, qualifications, areas of experience, abilities, and years in business. Three references are required, along with links to three to six relevant work samples demonstrating documentary/interview-driven storytelling, organizational overviews, commercials, short-form content, and work involving education or community impact.
