In the event of termination for default, Pueblo Water may purchase replacement work or materials, and the contractor shall reimburse Pueblo Water for any excess costs incurred.
A submission of a working sample per Pueblo Water specifications is required 30 days prior to any bid opening for a specific product as part of the vendor approval process.
Any actual or prospective contractor who is aggrieved in connection with either the solicitation or award of a contract may protest in writing to the procurement specialist.
