A one 1 year warranty is required on all materials and workmanship.

Award of purchase orders will be made based on the best-priced vendor that can meet the needs of the project.

Contractor must have a vendor account set up with Horry County before a purchase order will be awarded.

Contractors are highly encouraged to visit the site.
