Truman State University is requesting proposals for printing and mailing services. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The RFP documents are available at www. ***. *. * selected vendor will print and mail various recruitment publications, including senior search pieces, postcards, junior search pieces, visit brochures, experience weekend postcards, road pieces, and view books. Vendors must submit a sample card stock in the color purple with their proposal. The RFP includes detailed specifications, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Missouri preference and diversity participation are also considered.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, a 100% small business set-aside for general warehouse and storage services. The due date for offers is May 2, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT. Offers should be emailed or mailed to the point of contact. Offerors must be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) and submit required documents, including references, key personnel descriptions, and a price for the entire project. This is a non-personal services contract for providing food, lodging, and facility usage for cadets and cadre during the JCLC Odyssey training from June 3rd to June 20th, 2025. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform specified lodging, meals, and facility usage. The government will not supervise or control the contract service providers. Cadets and cadre are responsible for bringing their own sheets, pillows, or sleeping bags. The contractor must provide meals for 200 cadets and 46 cadre, with specific meal times and menus to be coordinated with the government point of contact. The contractor must provide lodging, barracks spaces, accommodations, and training facilities for all participants. The contractor must provide a program contract manager and an alternate. All contractor personnel must identify themselves appropriately. The contractor shall not cite any information obtained through this contract on any marketing tools. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract in accordance with the quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). The solicitation is available on SAM. gov and must be downloaded. Quotes must be submitted no later than the date and time specified in the solicitation. Faxed or late quotes will not be accepted.
