Award will be made to the company whose proposal conforms to the RFP and, in the sole judgment of Pulaski County, will be most advantageous to Pulaski County.

The company shall submit information showing evidence of its experience with aspects of this proposal. Past performance with Pulaski County may be used to determine if the vendor is responsible.
