Proposals will be evaluated based on: Relevant experience and qualifications. References and past performance. Equipment and staffing capacity. Responsiveness and emergency capabilities. Pricing and overall value to the town.

Proposers shall provide: Company background and years in business. Experience performing comparable winter maintenance services for municipal, commercial, or institutional parking facilities. References for at least three similar projects completed within the last five years. Description of available equipment and personnel. Emergency response capabilities. Proof of applicable licenses and insurance.

Delivery of deicing sand and brine salt shall take place within fifteen (15) days of notice to deliver. Delivery of beet juice concentrate shall take place within three (3) days of notice to deliver. The school district reserves the right to make awards by individual location, groups of locations, geographic zones, or the entire district. Contractor references for at least three 3 current or recent clients for whom the contractor has provided snow plowing and snow removal services of a similar scope and complexity are required. Preference will be given to references from K12 school districts, collegesuniversities, municipalities, or other large commercial or institutional properties.

The contractor certifies that they are not suspended or debarred from federal procurement. Submitting a false certification for the Iran Economic Sanctions Act can result in a civil penalty of not more than $250,**** or 2 times the amount of the contract, whichever is greater, plus investigation costs and attorney fees. A false certification also makes the contractor ineligible to bid for three years.
