Video Production Government Bids & RFPs

Proposals are due on or before 2:00 p. m. , Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Payment shall be made at the contract price for the services provided and verified by county. The intent of oswego county is to pay all invoiced expenses within 60 days.

The contract will be awarded to the proposer or proposers whom, in part or in total, meet all of the terms and conditions of the specifications, and provide the county with the best value service.

The proposer must provide unquestionable evidence of sustained capability of providing the services requested and proposed, such as can be demonstrated in existing or previous operations.

Deadline for questions: Wednesday, September 16, 2026, by 3:00 p. m.

Unauthorized communications may result in the rejection of the proposal.

The evaluation criteria for the selection of a firm to provide service for this project shall include, but not be limited to, the following: o understanding and provision of all items requested in the rfp o a demonstrated level of performance and a track record of effective impact on costs for clients of similar size to oswego county o demonstrated experience skills within the past three years as evidenced by account work and performance for at least 2 other accounts of similar size, scale, and scope. o quality clarity proposal will be considered a representation of the companys ability to communicate and execute work. o cost effectiveness the ability of company to maximize funds to produce the most efficient and effective method. o capacity to successfully manage the scope of work

The contractor shall be remunerated upon submission of a properly executed original invoice for completed milestones for each video series indicating the contract number, to university of hawaii, office of the vice president for community colleges, **** dole street, honolulu, hawaii ****, no later than thirty 30 calendar days following receipt of invoice or satisfactory delivery of goods or services, whichever is later.

The award of the contract, if awarded, shall be made to the responsive, responsible offeror receiving the highest score from the evaluation committee and whose proposal is determined in writing to be the most advantageous to the university taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this rfp.

Offeror shall have at least ten 10 years of extensive experience working with higher education institutions developing recruitment, marketing and brand awareness campaigns.

An offeror may be disqualified and the proposal may be automatically rejected for any one or more of the following reasons: 1. the proposal shows any noncompliance with applicable law.

The contractor must complete and obtain trial court acceptance of all required deliverables no later than December 31, 2026, unless the trial court provides a revised deadline in writing.

The contractor will be eligible to invoice for one hundred percent of the total contract price following completion, delivery, and written acceptance by the trial court of the two approximately 20minute protective order instructional videos and any related materials.

The trial court intends to award one contract to the responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal offers the best value to the trial court based on the evaluation criteria identified above.

This rfq is restricted to bidders that are active contractors under statewide contract prf76, category 3.

Bidders must include sample work products or secure links to instructional videos, multilingual media, or similar publicfacing educational materials.

A proposal that fails to meet a material requirement may lose points or be deemed nonresponsive.
