This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify sources capable of providing drydock maintenance to the US Coast Guard cutter USCGC Mallet WLIC **** and USCG Barge **** in FY26. The applicable NAICS code is ****, shipbuilding and repairing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. Interested parties must register at SAM (System for Award Management) and submit information by **** PST September 1, 2025, including company name, address, DUNS number, point of contact, phone number, business size, and documentation verifying small business certification (if applicable). Past performance information is also requested. The anticipated period of performance is January 27, 2026 through April 07, 2026, subject to change.

The notice describes a performance work statement for laundry services for Fleet Reconnaissance Squadron 4, Detachment Patuxent River, MD. The contractor will pick up soiled laundry twice a week and deliver clean laundry to the same location. The government will count the articles before pickup and delivery. The contractor is responsible for the return of items picked up for servicing at the next regularly scheduled delivery. There are specific requirements for packaging, including wrapping linen in sets of ten. Unserviceable articles must be returned separately. The government will consolidate solid linen in bins provided by the contractor. The contractor will weigh the linen and record the weights on a self-generated log. The contractor will weigh linen prior to installation delivery and provide weight for individual and bundled items. The government personnel will weigh upon receipt. Any item identified as missing from a delivery shall be reported no later than one business day. The contractor shall reimburse the government the replacement cost of the items. The contractor is responsible for all items lost or damaged while in their possession. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements regarding environmental protection. The contractor shall obtain the forms and publications expressly required to perform the work in this contract via the vq4 det pax representative upon written request. Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically to the government. Contractor employees must obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC). The contractor shall designate an employee to serve as the contractor's security representative. The contractor shall insert this clause in all subcontracts when the subcontractor is permitted to have unclassified access to a federally controlled facility, federally controlled information system network and/or government information, leaning information not authorized for public release.
