Bidders are invited to attend a non-mandatory prebid conference to be held on April 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. No site visit will be scheduled at the conclusion of this conference.

If a bidder is unable to comply with a required goal, such bidder shall submit a request for a waiver or partial waiver at least 7 days prior to the bid due date.
