Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The home and 2 acre area it sits upon is threatened by slide potential from the pre- law related highwall located on the property and will be contained and serviced by new drainage infrastructure. As part of the initial phase of work, to contain the highwall, a shotcrete face was installed on the lower wall and a rockfall mesh on the upper wall, rock bolted where needed by GSI under state master agreement. As part of the secondary phase, an existing drainage path will be upgraded with a new under road pipe and rehabilitated rock ditch that discharges the water into existing drainage. Subdrain will be installed along the toe of the shotcrete and rockfall mesh wall to catch existing drainage and carry it out. A car port that was removed during the initial phase will be replaced. A concrete pad will be replaced that was needed during phase 1 for access, staging, and equipment. Utility lines and structures may need to be relocated and this will be done in accordance with AML and utility company specifications.
