Requests for translations will have specific timelines based on word count (3,000 words or less, 3,****,000 words, 6,****,000 words, and over 9,000 words). The contractor must notify DOR of any anticipated delays. The contractor will submit translated documents in both MS Word and PDF format, with an English title corresponding to the English document title and language. The contractor will make corrections to translated documents as requested by DOR within 2 working days. If a document must be re-translated in its entirety, it will default to the standard timelines. The warranty can be provided through the authorized Vietnam dealer network or directly from the manufacturer. Vietnamese VAT invoice is optional, as long as the vendor pays all import tax, custom fee door to door and the importer in commercial invoice and custom declaration documents.
