The Navajo Nation Department of Health (NDOH) and the Division of Aging and Long-Term Support (DALTCS) are seeking bids to conduct a senior center facility condition assessment. Proposals are due Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 5:00 PM MST. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the RFP bid number (****) and the respondent's contact information. One original and three copies of the proposal are required. The consultant must be prequalified in specific disciplines (architecture, electrical engineering, etc. ) and demonstrate experience in similar facility condition assessments. Sealed bids are requested for the partial demolition of Louis Bennett Hall. Bidding documents are available electronically from May 8th, 2025, from McKinley Architecture and Engineering, upon payment of a non-refundable document access fee of **** mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 13th, 2025, at 9:00 AM local prevailing time in the CTE room on the 4th floor of Louis Bennett Hall. The USAF Band needs production services for their Independence Day celebration in 2025. The services include staging, lighting, sound, video, labor, and logistics. The event will be held on Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 12th and 13th street NW. The contractor must have at least 20 years of experience in building stages for outdoor events. The contractor must provide a lighting designer and director of video with specific experience requirements. The production schedule is 4 months long, with load-in and load-out dates and times specified. The contractor must work with the DC permitting department to ensure all requirements are met from a structural, electrical, and logistics perspective. The contractor must provide 2 portable restrooms for production personnel use.
