The City of Webster Groves seeks turnkey proposals for a grid-tied PV solar system on a 19,000 sq. ft. metal roof, including integration evaluation with an existing 900 sq. ft. water park solar array. Bids are due October 2, 2026, by 10:30 a. m. A mandatory meeting is scheduled for September 21 at 1 p. m. Contractors must have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial solar installation. The mounting system must be non-penetrating or use engineered, non-leaking mechanical attachments.
