The City of Stanton is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide facility assessment report services for the Public Safety Center - Sheriff Station upgrades project. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. Proposals are due on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. The assessment must evaluate existing conditions, recommend prioritized improvements (Category A for grant-funded scope, Category B for other needs), and provide cost estimates. The project has an approximate construction budget of $749,000 for Category A improvements.
The work is to be performed for a not-to-exceed fixed fee, with progress payments based on tasks performed as identified in the payment schedule. The city will pay the consultant for work completed as identified in the payment schedule.
Proposals will be evaluated based on factors including staffing capabilities, technical competence, qualifications and experience, approach to work, past performance record, and efficiency and timeliness. submitted proposals will be evaluated based on the following factors, but may not be limited to just these factors: criteria approximate weight staffing capabilities technical competence.
Consultants must be California licensed architects and/or professional engineer consultants with a minimum of five years of experience.
