This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for designer services for the planning, design, and construction of a new fire station for the Town of Boxborough. The selected designer will be responsible for Phase 2 services, including schematic design, design development, construction bid documents, cost estimates, permitting, and bidding. Phase 3 construction administration and closeout services are dependent on future town approval. Funds are appropriated for Phase 2. The designer must be a MA registered architect and/or MA professional engineer with at least ten years of experience in municipal building construction and supervision. A current MC PPO certification is required. A pre-bid information session will be held on March 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the existing fire station.
