Request for Proposals for Electronics Recycling The vendor shall provide the following related to this particular rfp: a. the successful bidders will either provide a trailer for loading within five business days of request for pickup see the basic package on bid form, or provide trailer for storage and transport of electronics. when transporting, switch out this trailer for a comparable one see alternate package on bid form. b. electronics accepted for collection must include all covered electronic devices, all eligible electronic devices, miscellaneous electronic items, including but not limited to computer monitors and central processing units, computer peripherals including but not limited to, keyboards and mice, printers, scanners, speakers, modems, disc drivers, copiers, fax machines, telephone systems, television sets, and vcrdvd players. bidders should include a list of the types of electronic equipment that will be accepted and should specify hazardous components common in each type of proposed item.
