This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for music equipment. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract with delivery terms FOB destination. The service location is the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education, Flandreau Indian School. Payment terms are accelerated payment within 15 days in arrears upon delivery of goods/services, after inspection acceptance, and receipt of a proper invoice. The period of performance is 30 days unless specified otherwise in the quote. Electronic invoicing and payment requirements are in place using the US Department of the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform (IPP). Additional documents required, participation criteria, process stages, cost of the dispute, deadlines for clarification and objection, exclusivity for certain types of companies, deadline for starting services, deadline for total delivery of services, and other relevant information are included in the solicitation document. The prospective contractor shall review the solicitation in its entirety.

The solicitation is exclusively for small business concerns and authorized resellers of pearl products. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email by 10:00 AM on July 10, 2025. The government intends to award on an all-or-none basis. Delivery is required within 60 days after contract date. The quote package must include proof of authorized seller status for pearl products and software. Evaluation criteria include technical capability, pricing (evaluated on completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness), and past performance. Payment terms are net 30, and invoices must be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Sealed bid for supplying marching band percussion instruments. Bidders must submit bids on the provided forms by 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time on the specified date. Bids must be in hard copy, and include original signatures. The bid must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Equivalent brands are acceptable, but bidders must provide supporting documentation. Delivery is required by August 1st, 2025. A one-year warranty is required for the instruments, with two years for SFZ models. Cases have a 10-year warranty. The successful bidder agrees to replace the unit with a new piece of equipment if the same problem occurs three times in the first year. All shipping and installation costs must be included in the bid price. The university reserves the right to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a W9 form and their tax identification number. The state is exempt from sales/use tax. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. No remanufactured, demonstrator, used, or irregular products will be considered unless otherwise specified. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. The contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of various federal and state laws, including the Davis-Bacon Act. The contractor agrees that the university and the legislative auditor of the state of Louisiana shall have access to, and the right to audit and examine, any pertinent books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor related to this bid and any resulting contract agreement. The contractor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the state of Louisiana from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liability arising out of injury or death to any person or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur, or in any way grow out of, any act or omission of contractor, its agents, servants, and employees.

The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is soliciting bids for band equipment. Bids are due on a specific date and time. All bids must be submitted on the provided form and must meet or exceed specifications. Vendors must be registered to do business in North Carolina and not debarred by the state or federal government. All applicable shipping charges must be included in the unit prices. WCPSS reserves the right to award line by line or to the overall lowest bidder. There should be no communication with any party vendors, staff, etc. All questions must be directed to the purchaser. Additional terms and conditions will not be considered. The bidder agrees that any additional terms and conditions, whether submitted purposely or inadvertently, shall have no force or effect. The bidder must furnish all information requested and, if required, submit sketches, descriptive literature, and/or complete specifications covering the products offered. Recycling and source reduction are encouraged. Any deviation from specifications must be clearly explained. Samples, when required, must be furnished free of expense and returned at the bidder's expense. Payment terms are net not later than 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods, whichever is later. Payment may be made by procurement card. All manufactured items and/or fabricated assemblies subject to operation under pressure, operation by connection to an electric source, or operation involving a connection to a manufactured, natural, or LP gas source shall be constructed and approved in a manner acceptable to the appropriate state inspector. The contractor shall hold and save WCPSS harmless from liability of any kind. No assignment of the contractor's obligations nor the contractor's right to receive payment hereunder shall be permitted. Workers compensation, public liability, property damage, automobile liability, and other insurance requirements are detailed. The provider shall conduct sexual offender registry checks on each of its employees, agents, ownership personnel, or contractors contractual personnel. The provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in providing services under this contract. The provider is responsible for providing affordable health care coverage to all of its full-time employees providing services to the school system. Bidder represents that as of the date of this bid, bidder is not included on the final divestment list created by the North Carolina state treasurer. Bidder also represents that as of the date of this bid, bidder is not included on the list of restricted companies determined to be engaged in a boycott of Israel created by the North Carolina state treasurer. Bidder is duly qualified to do business in North Carolina. If bidder is a business entity that is not registered in North Carolina, prior to providing any products or beginning any services described by this bid, bidder shall either obtain a certificate of authority from the secretary of state for North Carolina, or provide a letter from an attorney indicating that the attorney has reviewed North Carolina law and determined that bidder is not required to obtain a certificate of authority. WCPSS reserves the right to reject or disqualify any and all vendors, waive informalities and irregularities in the bid process, and to accept vendors which are considered to be in the best interest of the school system.
